Paraclete Home Watch LLC is family-owned and operated here in Snohomish County and services the greater North County area. In seeing how there were few businesses that focused solely on home watch, our family knew we could fill this gap.

Service Timeline
ONE
Once a plan is selected and a schedule is established, we will jump right in with both feet. You will receive a Service Agreement to electronically sign; you will receive a Link to your personal folder where all pictures and reports will be uploaded; your First Home Watch will be scheduled and a Tech will be sent out.

TWO
Home Check
Once on sight, your Tech will begin the process of checking every detail on your Home Watch check list. Your Tech will document notes, take pictures of your property- including any areas of question or concern, and fill out a report. If an emergency arises, you will be contacted - or a contact on your emergency list - right away.
THREE
Documentation
Once your Home Watch is finalized, your Home Watch Tech will upload all pictures and walk-through report into your file. You will also receive an email after each Home Watch.
To keep details streamlined, we operate on a rolling 30-day service cycle. Instead of charging you upfront, your automated monthly invoice will generate and send exactly 20 days into your current month of service. You will have till the end of current service month to pay.
